B. Automated Telemetry & Usage Data

To maintain the integrity and security of our digital infrastructure, we automatically capture non-identifying telemetry including, but not limited to: IP addresses, browser specifications, OS architecture, and navigational clickstream data. This data is utilized for cybersecurity monitoring and User Experience (UX) optimization.

2. DATA UTILIZATION PROTOCOLS

BuildPod LLC does not engage in the sale or unauthorized trade of PII. We utilize your data exclusively for:

  • Infrastructure Calibration: Aligning our Alpha Launch fleet with the specific geographic and technical needs of our partners.

  • Strategic Communication: Delivering the "Project Savings Report" and 2026 Alpha Launch invitations.

  • Life-cycle Management: Maintaining a secure record of Founding Member status and rate-protection guarantees.

  • Legal Compliance: Adhering to federal and state disclosure requirements for investor inquiries.

3. DATA SECURITY & RETENTION GOVERNANCE

We employ Enterprise-Grade Security to protect the "Digital Backbone" of our company.

  • Encryption: All data in transit is protected via TLS 1.3, and data at rest is secured using AES-256 encryption within Wix’s SOC 2-compliant CRM environment.

  • Access Control: Access to PII is restricted to "Authorized Personnel" only, governed by a Least-Privilege Access (LPA) model.

  • Retention: We retain PII only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, or as required by Michigan's record-retention statutes.

4. AUTHORIZED SUB-PROCESSORS

To provide a seamless technical experience, we partner with a limited number of "Sub-processors" who are contractually bound to the same high standards of privacy as BuildPod LLC:

  • Platform Provider: Wix.com Ltd. (Hosting & Encrypted CRM).

  • Communications: Google Workspace (Encrypted Communication) and Wix Automations.

  • Analytics: Professional-grade telemetry tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4) to monitor Site health.

5. PRIVACY RIGHTS & SUBJECT ACCESS REQUESTS (SAR)

In alignment with 2026 privacy benchmarks (including principles found in the CCPA/CPRA and GDPR), all users, regardless of geography, are granted the following rights:

  • Right to Transparency: To know what data is being collected and for what purpose.

  • Right to Erasure: To request the permanent deletion of your PII from our active databases (the "Right to be Forgotten").

  • Right to Rectification: To correct any inaccuracies in your professional or contact data.
